Located on the south west side of Chicago; built a church in 1927 which was sold in 1947(?).

Established by the Sisters of Saint Mary to extend charity and relief to the homeless, conduct programs to benefit children, offer temporary shelter to girls and women.

Started in a home to serve Korean families. Originally located at 3533 N. Albany before moving to 5101 W. Devon.

Note: The name of the town of Blivens Mills (1847-1883) was changed in 1883 to Spring Grove.

Formed in 1947, the congregaion had a building constructed in 1950 which was consecrated in 1961. Still open as of 2023.

Originally named St. Paul's Mission. Renamed to St. Martin's in 1901 when it was decided there were too many churches named St. Paul in Chicago. Originally a predominately white church, by 1960 it became a predominately black church in Austin with Chase House and Christian Community Service housed at the church..

Saint Martha's Church was established in 1957 as a mission, holding services in various schools in the area. In 1960, services were suspended and parishioners were advised to attend other local Episcopal churches.
