Opened as a mission in 1956, the building was dedicated in 1959 and the church became a parish in 1963.

Saint Dunstan of Canterbury Church (Westchester, Ill.)
Services were held in the Westchester Village Hall from 1945-1948. Services moved to the Vicarage Chapel on August 1, 1948. The Parish Hall Chapel, which became the church building, was completed in 1949 and the first service was held on November 23, 1949. Church officially closed as of October 28, 2001.
Saint Edmund's Episcopal Church (Chicago, Ill)
Started as Washington Park unorganized mission in 1905 and organized with name change to St. Edmund's in 1906 as a mission. Transitioned to a 'negro' church in 1928. all anniversary dates use 1928 as the start. School (aka Academy) opened in 1948, closed in 1988; reopened in 1995 and closed finally in 1999.

This church is the result of a merger in January, 2004 of Christ Church (670.9) and Saint Edward the Martyr (670.17).
Saint Elisabeth's Episcopal Church (Glencoe, Ill)
Started in 1894 as St. Paul's Mission meeting in homes. Transitioned in 1907 to a building and was renamed St. Elisabeth Mission.
Saint Elizabeth's Church (Chicago, Ill)
Begun in 1903 as a mission, Saint Elizabeth's became a parish in 1949. In 1999, Iglesia de Santa Teresa mission began to share space. This cooperation continued until 2009, when Saint Elizabeth's Church ceased to exist. Iglesia de Santa Teresa took over full occupancy of the building. Iglesia continues to offer an English service along with Spanish.
