All Saints Episcopal Church was formed when parishioners left St. John's Episcopal Church (2050.34) also in Quincy over differences. In 1993, All Saints was part of Greater River Anglican Ministry (GRAM) which was a cluster alliance with two other churches (in Missouri) for about two years before the cluster agreement was dissolved. At that point, All Saints and St. John's were in discussion to reunite which did occur in early 1995. The combined church was called "St. John's and All Saints" for about a year until a full merger was complete. All Saints ceased to exist once the merger was finalized.
