Established in the Pullman-Roseland community of Chicago. Merged in 1948 with Church of the Incarnation to form Saint Matthias Church.
All Angels' Church for the Deaf (Chicago, Ill)
A deaf mission was formed at Saint James Episcopal Church in 1875. Later moved to Trinity Church, Chicago. In 1915, the mission moved to the former Saint John's English Lutheran Church on Indiana Avenue. In late 1950s the mission moved back to Saint James. In 1988, the mission disbanded.

Founded in 1929 as Church of the Epiphany Mission in Lombard, Illinois. Epiphany received the money from the sale of Calvary Church (Chicago, Ill) in 1942 and moved the church building to their new property in Lombard. In 1943, the Church of the Epiphany was rechristened as Calvary Church (Lombard, Ill), when they officially became a parish.

New mission established in 2000 in Orland Park, Ill. Attempt to merge with Joy of Life Lutheran Church in 2002 failed, causing the church to close due to lack of finances.

The Church of Saint Edward the Martyr started in 1951 as a chapel of Christ Church (670.9) on the west side of Joliet. It became a parish in 1956 and eventually merged with Christ in 2004 to become Saint Edward and Christ Church.
