Church of the Annunciation of our Lady (Waukegan, Ill)
All Soul's Chapel (of Christ Church, Waukegan, Ill) was renamed Church of the Annunciation of Our Lady in 1964 to reflect the Anglo-Catholic tradition. Annunciation also had a hispanic congregation 1983-1988. In 1990, the church built a new church in Gurnee. Same congregation, same name, different location.
Church of the Ascension (Chicago, Ill)
Founded in January 1857 in a borrowed church on the corner of LaSalle and Erie Streets by parishioners from Saint James Episcopal Church. It was officially admitted to the diocesan convention in 1858. In 1865, the church acquired a building at LaSalle and Elm Streets. Burned to the ground during the Great Chicago Fire of 1871, parishioners saved only the stone baptismal and a large silver chalice and paten. The church was rebuilt in 1873 and dedicated in 1874.

Established as the Mission of the Holy Apostles on January 26, 1917. A new church building was completed and dedicated on June 19, 1927 for the new Church of the Holy Apostles. The Church closed and its building was sold in 1945.
