Cluster ministry formed by Saint Ambrose Episcopal Church (Chicago Heights, Ill), Church of Christ the King (Lansing, Ill) and Church of the Good Shepherd (Momence, Ill) to enhance the ability of the three churches to grow. It became a two parish ministry in 1994 when Church of the Good Shepherd (Momence, Ill) withdrew after agreeing to a shared ministry with Saint Paul's Church (Kankakee, Ill)

All Soul's Chapel (of Christ Church, Waukegan, Ill) (670.4) was renamed Church of the Annunciation of Our Lady (670.23) in 1964 to reflect the Anglo-Catholic tradition. Annunciation also had a hispanic congregation 1983-1988. In 1990, the church built a new church in Gurnee (670.24) and moved. Same congregation, same name, different location.

All Soul's became Church of the Annunciation of Our Lady (change of name only, same location) (670.23) in 1964. In 1990, the church built a new church in Gurnee. Same congregation, same name, different location.

Organized as a mission in 1847, the church constructed a building in 1857. In 1873, the church closed for 20 years. Reopened in 1893, it still exists today.
