All Soul's Chapel (of Christ Church, Waukegan, Ill) (670.4) was renamed Church of the Annunciation of Our Lady (670.23) in 1964 to reflect the Anglo-Catholic tradition. Annunciation also had a hispanic congregation 1983-1988. In 1990, the church built a new church in Gurnee (670.24) and moved. Same congregation, same name, different location.

All Soul's Church (Waukegan, Ill) (670.4) started in 1952 as a "chapel" of Christ Church Waukegan (670.12). All Soul's became Church of the Annunciation of Our Lady (change of name only, same location) (670.23) in 1964. In 1990, the church built a new church in Gurnee. Same congregation, same name, different location.

Holy Trinity Church (Belvidere, Ill)

Organized as a mission in 1847, the church constructed a building in 1857. In 1873, the church closed for 20 years. Reopened in 1893, it still exists today.
