Saint Andrew's Church (Grayslake, Ill)
Began in 1907 in Grayslake, Illinois. In 1916, the church became an official organized mission and was finally able to erect a church building in 1927. Finally, in 1955, the church became a parish within the Chicago Diocese.
Saint Ann's Church (Kankakee County, Ill)
First recorded in the Diocese of Chicago journal in 1866 as a struggling unorganized mission with a congregation of 167 persons, it was last mentioned in the journal of 1879 as a congregation of 75 persons.
Saint Boniface Church (Tinley Park, Ill)
Saint Boniface was a mission church originally sponsored by Church of Saint John the Evangelist (Flossmoor, Ill), which began in 1958. It closed in 2005.

Saint Elisabeth's Episcopal Church (Glencoe, Ill)
Started in 1894 as St. Paul's Mission meeting in homes. Transitioned in 1907 to a building and was renamed St. Elisabeth Mission.
Saint Hugh of Lincoln Episcopal Church (Elgin, Ill)
Formed in 1967, the main church building was constructed in 1971. There was expanded building in 1991. The church became self sufficient and became a parish in the Diocese of Chicago in 2001. The church remains open as of 2023.
Saint Hilary's Episcopal Church (Prospect Heights, Ill)
Became a mission in 1963 and the original church was built in 1967. The church became a parish in 1978 and was closed in 2009.
