This church was never actually a mission or a parish. It was referred to as a fellowship and existed until it merged with St. Andrew's Episcopal Church (Evanston, ILL) to become St. Andrew Pentecost Episcopal Church, Evanston, IL (670.68).

The Church of the Pentecost (Fellowship) (Chicago, Ill) was a fellowship, not a mission or a parish. It eventually merged with Saint Andrew's Evanston to become St. Andrew's/Pentecost Church (Evanston, Ill)
Church of the Redeemer (Chicago, Ill)
Established in 1890 in the Hyde Park section of Chicago, the church merged in 1968 with Saint Paul's Episcopal Church to form Saint Paul the Redeemer
Church of the Redeemer (Wilmington, Ill)
First started in 1885 the church closed in 1889 and the building was sold. In 1931 there was interest in restarting Redeemer. This was supported by then Bishop Stewart and in 1932 Redeemer became a mission of the Diocese of Illinois. The church resumed with limited activity in the Widows and Soldiers Home in Wilmington. The church never really thrived although it did exist until 1955.
Church of the Resurrection (Chicago, Ill)
Established in 1924 as a "Church for colored people" at 2333 West Lake Street in Chicago. In 1926, it was united with the work at Saint Andrew's Church (Chicago, Ill)
Church of the Resurrection (West Chicago, Ill)
Formed in 1954, about half the church seceeded in 1993/1994 to go to the Anglican Communion. The remaining Church of the Resurrection members stayed together although they needed to move in 2003. By 2006, the rest of this congregation left the Episicopal Church and joined the Anglican Church in North America.
Church of the Transfiguration (Chicago, Ill)
Formed as a mission in 1886, it became a parish in May 1889. Ceased in 1918, when it merged with Saint Alban's Church and Saint Mark's Church.
Church of the Transfiguration (Palos Park, Ill)
Established in 1950 as a mission, the church became a parish in 1957 and has continued since that time.
